What are the broad aims of OSHA in the workplace?

The aim of OSHA in the workplace is to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all staff members and regulates and controls all health and safety in organizations. OSHA does not only ensure the safety of all those present in the workplace, but also provides employers with health guidelines and safety regulations which prevents employers from acquiring costly fines as a result of health violations.
